Now, this classic pendant luminaire is taking its next step forward: by equipping it with cutting-edge LED technology, RZB has created the BASIC BALL LED and set it on the road to a brilliant future. With luminous flux levels of up to 8,350 lumens and luminous efficiency of up to 106 lm/W, these luminaires light up any interior. Thanks to sophisticated thermal management, the LED technology is able to achieve a rated life of as much as 50,000 hours. This makes the BASIC BALL LED a highly efficient, economical and low-maintenance solution for all new installations as well as existing interior design concepts.
The mouth-blown opal glass diffusers used in the BASIC BALL LED are the perfect finishing touch to the product's high-quality appearance. Together with pioneering LED technology, they create shadow-free, homogeneous illumination across the entire glass surface. For applications that require luminaire bodies to have shatter-proof properties, RZB also offers shock-resistant plastic spheres in all diameters as part of this range.
With four different diameters and infinitely height-adjustable suspension using a 1-point wire cable or a chrome-plated pendant tube with an extension option, the BASIC BALL LED pendant luminaire is also exceptionally flexible to install.
