When developing this new moisture-proof luminaire, our ambitious goal was to satisfy the increasingly sophisticated requirements in terms of design, performance, quality and material. PLANOX PRO is proof of how comprehensively successful RZB has been in this endeavour.
The innovative design stems from RZB itself and was thought through down to the very last detail. The extrusion technology used to make the housing enabled a particularly slimline and flat design. Moreover, the manufacturing process enables exceptional leak integrity. PLANOX PRO has been designed to minimise the time and effort needed to replace older luminaires with modern LED technology. The stainless steel mounting brackets included in the scope of supply are flexible to allow multiple installation options – even though the holes have been pre-drilled.
Cables can be conveniently installed on either side. A turn lock fastener makes installation easy. PLANOX PRO is standard supplied with five-pole – or optional seven-pole – through-wiring and is DC-enabled.
Highly efficient LED technology produces homogeneous lighting with a lumen output of 130 lm/W. In conjunction with the driver, stable and long-lasting operation is assured. Together with lower energy costs, the durability of the LEDs with their rated life of up to 50,000 hours makes PLANOX PRO reassuringly cost efficient.
A DALI dimmable version is also available and can be used for emergency lighting operation on a central power supply system to further enhance the flexibility of this moisture-proof luminaire.
Particularly resistant and high-quality materials make PLANOX PRO exceptionally robust. With its high IP 66 protection class and ability to withstand thermal loads between -30 and +55°C, PLANOX PRO is designed for the widest range of both indoor and outdoor applications. As it is manufactured without silicone, this moisture-proof luminaire is suitable, not just for widespread uses such as underground car parks, factory, production and industrial facilities, but also in food- and beverage-processing applications.
